Malayalam is one of the official languages of India spoken by people of the state of Kerala.

These voice messages of Dr C J Varghese in Malayalam language were originally prepared for the 4 AM Club which is founded by Mr Robin Thirumala, a Malayalam Film Producer,  Script writer and Lyricist. 4 AM Club has about 15000 members spread around 30 countries as on date. Mohanji , the founder of Mohanji Foundation Global is its Spiritual leader.

 Late Sri Biju T Koloth, who was a close associate of Robin Thirumala, and a leader , visionary, mentor and counselor, requested Dr C J Varghese to prepare , record and send a Health tip daily for the Health benefits of its members. Biju T Koloth was a strong believer of Homoeopathy and he showed special interest in German New Medicine. His both children are studying Homoeopathy. Dr C J Varghese made a  presentation on the zoom platform of 4 AM Club Global on “Let Us Think Differently about Health”. He , being a Classical Homoeopath from India believes that German New Medicine and Homoeopathy together can take care of 90% of the health care of the world . He is also of opinion that a good Homoeopath can make a better one by learning GNM.
