“My four-month old mouth ulcers have gone completely”
A right-handed female, who was in her final year BHMS, came with her mouth full of ulcers.
She couldn’t speak or eat anything without much distress.
As she was doing her BHMS, her lecturer had given her different remedies like merc sol, nitric acid, borax, etc., without much relief. She herself took Nux vomica which gave her only temporary relief but then the complaint relapsed with much severity.
I ask her, ‘when did it start?’ She told me, “it started exactly before the exams but at that time it was not that much. The day when I came home from college after my exams for my holidays, I noticed them again. But, after my results arrived, the complaint got worse”.
I asked her, “what was that thing which bothered you before your exams?” She gave me answers like long hours of studies, lack of food, this and that… I told her, “this will not cause your ulcers”! I asked her again to tell me what she had desired at that time and she could not get it.
She explained that she was a rank holder in college but this time when she sat for her studies and made a time table she realised that everyday she had to finish a certain portion of her subjects as the syllabus was huge. She felt she could not achieve to her full capability. This was the time when ulcers started.
Then I asked her about her thoughts when after she came to her hometown. She said, “When my results arrived, I did not get the expected marks and I am no longer a rank holder”.
I asked her how that made her feel. She said “It feels really bad and I think that now no one in college will value me as they did before”
With GNM knowledge I understood the following:
Embryonic germ layer: endoderm
Organ affected: tongue and Mouth submucosa
Brain control: Brain stem
Conflict: morsel conflict. Her entire mouth is affected and hence there is an ingoing and outgoing morsel.
The first thing is she wanted to study and get a rank.
Secondly, she expected a good result, but she couldn’t get it and now she is not able to forget that and she constantly broods over it.
I explained the conflicts to her, gave her GNM therapy and helped her understand that she could be happy with she has got.
I asked her to come after 5 days. She came after 7 days and there wasn’t a single ulcer in her mouth.
I doubted if she would relapse, so I asked to her come after 15 days. She returned completely fine with 2 new patients. Thanks to Homoeopathy, GNM and Dr. Hamer.
